APPROVING X4 ACRCEbIENT TO BE ENTERED
INTO IVU TH THL 'STATE BOARD OF AGRICULTURE
WHEREAS, it is necessaiy that the City acquire certniA lands and
rights of tray from the State Board of Agriculture; and
WHEREAS, the State Board of Agriculture desires to acquire certain
facilities from the Q,.y nAir,, are surplus to the City; < "d
WHEREAS, negotiations have been conducted and an agreement has been
reached providing for the above; and
WHEREAS, the agreemenT has been reduced to writing and the same has
been approved by the Manager and the City Attorney.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terns and conditions of the agreement with the State Board
of Agriculture, a copy of whirh is attached hereto, be, and the same hereby
are accepted and approved; and
;;C IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Ko/or and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf
of the City of Fort Collins.
Passed and adopted aL a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 12th day of April, A.D. 1973.
