BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORAD05 that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they are hereby
authorized to execute for and on behalf of the CITY OF FORT COLLINS,
COLORADO, the attached Contract with the UNITED STATES OF AMERICA,
which Contract was duly presented to the City Council, and which
Contract is hereby approved.
