OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO ENTER INTO
AN AGREEMENT WITH PACIFIC MUTUAL LIFE
INSURANCE COMPANY TO PROVIDE GROUP LIFE AND
HEALTH INSURANCE COVERAGE TO EMPLOYEES OF THE
CITH OF FORT COLLINS AND THEIR DEPENDENTS
WHEREAS, the City Manager has heretofore reported to the City
Council on a proposed life and health insurance plan for the employees
of the City of Fort Collins and their dependents; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has authorized entering into a
program of such insurance coverage with Pacific Mutual Life Insurance
Company; and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared providing for the
furnishing of such coverage to the City by Pacific Mutual Life Insurance
Company.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said agreement be, and the
same hereby are, accepted and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager and City Clerk be,
and they hereby are, authorized and directed to enter into said agreement
and to purchase such insurance coverage for and on behalf of the City of
Fort Collins.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held 4.this 26th day of April, A.D. 1973.
