OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS GIVING NOTICE
CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING THE ZONING
ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS BY CREATING A NEW
ZONE TO BE KNOWN AS THE I-P, INDUSTRIAL PARK DISTRICT
WHEREAS, the City Planning Department has prepared the creation
of a new zoning district to be known as the I-P, Industrial Park District,
and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study concerning
such proposed zoning district and has held a hearing and made a report
and recommendation thereon, all in accordance with the ordinances of the
City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City desires to hold a hearing on
an ordinance creating such zoning district
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that January 11, 1973, at 1 30 P M , or as soon thereafter
as the matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers of the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins, is hereby set as the time and place for
a public hearing on a proposed ordinance creating such zoning district,
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 1946 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended,
in the form attached hereto

NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby given that on January 11, 1973, at 1 30 o'clock
P M , or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the
Council Chambers of the City Hall in the City of Fort Collins, the City Council
will hold a public hearing on an ordinance creating a new zone under the City
Zoning Ordinance to be known as the I-P, Industrial Park Zoning District
Said proposed zone would permit certain specified industrial uses
under limitations intended to be compatible with an industrial park, and would
further permit deviation from such limitations in the event of an approval of
a planned development
