OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AMENDING
RESOLUTION 2011-044 TO APPOINT COUNCILMEMBER GERRY HORAK
TO SERVE AS ALTERNATE REPRESENTATIVE TO THE NORTH FRONT RANGE
TRANSPORTATION/AIR QUALITY PLANNING COUNCIL - METROPOLITAN
PLANNING COUNCIL FOR THE MARCH 7, 2013 MEETING
TO BE HELD IN EVANS, COLORADO
WHEREAS, by Resolution 2011-044 the City Council appointed Councilmember Ben
Manvel to serve as representative and Councilmember Wade Troxell to serve as alternate
representative to the North Front Range Transportation/Air Quality Planning Council-Metropolitan
Planning Council (hereafter "MPO"); and
WHEREAS, neither Councilmember Ben Manvel nor Councilmember Wade Troxell can
attend the meeting of March 7, 2013 to be held in Evans, Colorado; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that it is in the best interest of the City that
Councilmember Gerry Horak serve as temporary alternate representative to the MPO forthe purpose
of attending and participating in the March 7, 2013 meeting of the MPO to be held in Evans,
Colorado.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that Resolution 2011-044 of the Council of the City of Fort Collins is hereby amended
so as to appoint Councilmember Gerry Horak to serve as the alternate representative instead of
Councilmember Wade Troxel only for the MPO meeting to be held March 7, 2013 in Evans,
Colorado.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this 5th
day of March, A.D. 2013.
