OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING APPOINTMENTS TO THE
GOLF BOARD, PARKS AND RECREATION BOARD,
AND LAND CONSERVATION AND STEWARDSHIP BOARD
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Golf Board due to the resignation of, Steve
Simonson; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy currently exists on the Parks and Recreation Board due to the
resignation of Shirley Christian; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist on the Land Conservation and Stewardship Board due to
the resignation of Matthew Lloyd effective July 11, 2012; and
WHEREAS, a vacancy will exist on the Parks and Recreation Board due to the resignation
of Danna Ortiz effective July 31, 2012; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to make appointments to fill the vacancies.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows:
Section 1. That the following named persons are hereby appointed to fill the current
vacancies on the Boards and Commissions hereinafter indicated with terms to begin immediately
and to expire as set forth after the name:
Golf Board Expiration of Term
Kevin Gallaeher December 31, 2015
Parks and Recreation Board Expiration of Term
Susan Kellv December 31, 2012
Section 2 That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill a vacancy on the
Land Conservation and Stewardship Board hereinafter indicated with the term to begin July 12,2012
and to expire as set forth after the name:
Land Conservation and Stewardship Board Expiration of Term
Kent Leier December 31, 2014
Section 3. That the following named person is hereby appointed to fill a vacancy on the
Parks and Recreation Board hereinafter indicated with the term to begin August 1, 2012 and to
expire as set forth after the name:
Parks and Recreation Board Expiration of Term
Richard Barnhart December 31, 2013
Passed and adopted at an adjourned meeting of the Council of the City of Fort Collins this
26th day of June A.D. 2012.
