OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
MAKING AN APPOINTMENT TO
THE WATER BOARD
WHEREAS,a vacancy currently exists on the Water Board of the City due to the expiration
of David Pillard's term; and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to fill the vacancy which exists on the Water Board.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the following named person is hereby appointed as a member of the Water Board
hereinafter indicated, with a term to begin January 1, 2011 and to expire as set forth after the name:
