OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING AN
AGREHUYM TO BE ENTERED INTO WITH THE COUNTY OF LARIMRER
WHEREAS, heretofore the City of Fort Collins and the County of Larimer
entered into an agreement regarding the operation of the City and County Libraries
and
WHEREAS, said agreement has expired and a renewal agreement has been
prepared to continue the same agreement for the year 1969, and
WHEREAS, in the opinion of the Council of the City of Fort Collins it
is to the best advantage of the City to enter into said agreement, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been approved by the City Attorney and the
City Manager
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the terms and conditions of said agreement be and the same hereby are accepted
and approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby
are authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City
of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
9th day of January, A D , 1969
