RESOLUTION 69- 1
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
EVERITT V RICHARDSON TO FILL A VACANCY ON THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS WATER BOARD
WHEREAS a vacancy exists on the City of Fort Collins
Water Board and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to appoint Everitt V
Richardson to fill th- vacancy on said board and
WHEREAS the said Everitt V Richardson has indicated that
I
he is willing to serve as a member of said board
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS that Everitt V Richardson be and he hereby is
appointed as a member of the City of Fort Collins Water Board
effective February 1 1969 for a term of four years
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Coancil
held this 6th day of March A D 1969
