WHEREA , heretofore Glenn M Brunner made application to the City of
Fort Collins fo a retail liquor store license and

WHEREAS, the City Council acting as a local licensing authorrity has
rece_ved reports concerning such ion and has held a preliminary
applicat
hearing on such application as provided in Rule 3 of the Rules of Procedure of
the liquor licensing authority

location within two years preceding the receipt of the application, for the 11
reason that the reasonable requirements of the neighborhood were satisfied �i'
2 That it satisfactorily appears that the applicant is or will be
entitled to possession of the premises
