OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING
SPECIFICATIONS FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF CURB,
GUTTER AND SIDEWALK
WHEREAS, the Subdivision- Ordinance (Sections 19-53 through 19-
64, inclusive, of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, 1958, as amended) requires improvements for subdivisions to be
in accordance with the specifications of the City of Fort Collins; and
WHEREAS, heretofore on April 10, 1969, the City Council approved
specifications relating to improvements in subdivisions as proposed by the
Department of Public Works; and
WHEREAS, the Department of Public Works has revised said speci-
fications as they relate to the installation of curb, gutter and sidewalk,
and the City Council desires to approve and adopt said revised specifications.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the specifications presented by the Department of Public Works
for the design and construction of curb, gutter and sidewalk be and the
same hereby are approved and adopted, and all improvements constructed
after this date in subdivisions shall be in accord with such specifications.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 9th day of July, A. D. 1970.
