RESOLUTION 0 —7
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS RELATING
TO THE FURNISHING OF WATER AND SEWER SERVICE TO THE
STATE BOARD OF AGRICULTURE. FOR USE UPON THE PREMISES
KNOWN AS COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has been furnishing water and
sewer service to the State Board of Agriculture of the State of Colorado
for the use upon the premises known as Colorado State University under an
agreement entered into on the 19th day of May, 1966; and
WHEREAS,. the City has revised its charges for the furnishing
of waler and sewer service by Ordinance No. 33, 1969; and
WHEREAS, the City and the State Board of Agriculture have
agreed to continue the agreement theretofore entered into between the
parties subject to a change in the rates as specified in an amendment to
said agreement; and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that it will be
for the best interests of the City of Fort Collins to continue in effect
said agreement subject to thechanges set out in Amendment No. 1 to said
agreement.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF. THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms of Amendment No. 1 to said agreement of May
19, 1966, relating to the furnishing of water and sewer service to the
State Board of Agriculture for use upon the premises known as Colorado
State University be and the same hereby are approved; .and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be and
they hereby are authorized and directed to execute said Amendment No. 1 .
to, the aforesaid agreement for and on .behalf of the City of Fort Collins.
