RESOLUTION 73-91
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING FILING OF APPLICATION WITH THE
ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AGENCY, UNITED STATES
OF AMERICA, FOR A GRANT UNDER THE WATER
POLLUTION CONTROL ACT (35 USC 466 et seq )
j WHEREAS, under the terms of the Water Pollution Control Act
(33 USC 466 et seq ) the United States of America has authorized the
making of grants to authorized applicants to aid in the construction
of specific public projects
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Robert L Brunton, City Manager, is hereby authorized
to execute and file an application on behalf of the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, with the United States Government for a grant to aid in the
construction of the first addition to Sewer Treatment Plant No 2 and is
hereby authorized and directed to furnish such information as the Environ-
mental Protection Agency may reasonably request in connection with such
application and to sign all necessary documents and receive payment
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 29th day of November, A D 1973
