OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AWARDING BIDS ON THE CITY'S PROPERTY AND
LIABILITY INSURANCE
WHEREAS, the City has solicited bids for property and liability
insurance pursuant to Section 2-58 of the Code of the City of Fort Collins,
and
WHEREAS, the most favorable quotations were received from those
agents/insurance companies set out more particularly below, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins wishes to award
contracts for said insurance to those companies submitting the most fa-
vorable quotations for the desired coverage
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that bids on the City's property and liability insurance coverages
be, and they hereby are, awarded as follows, to-wit

Bond & Crime L C Wilson/Hartford
Public Official Unimark-McDonald/Vanguard

Earthquake & Flood Flood & Peterson/C G Aetna
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 15th day of September , 1981
