OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A 1978 MACK TRUCK
WHEREAS, Wastewater Treatment Plant No 2 is in need of a semi-tractor
rig for use in hauling sludge from the Treatment Plant to disposal sites,
and
WHEREAS, Mack Truck, Inc , of Commerce City has available for imme-
diate delivery a 1978 semi-tractor rig at a cost of Forty Thousand Dollars
($40,000) , and
WHEREAS, funds are available and the City wishes to purchase said
vehicle
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the Purchasing Department of the City of Fort Collins be, and
it hereby is, authorized to purchase a 1978 semi-tractor rig from Mack
Truck, Inc , of Commerce City at a cost not to exceed $40,000 00, for use
in transporting sludge from Wastewater Treatment Plant No 2 to disposal
sites
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 6th day of October , 1981
