OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING AND REVISING FEES TO BE
CHARGED AT MUNICIPAL GOLF COURSES
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the
following fee schedule shall be in effect for all municipally owned and
operated golf courses, effective January 1 , 1982

FEES AND CHARGES SCHEDULE
DAILY GREEN FEES (Both Courses)
9 Holes - Weekdays, weekends and holidays - - - $4 75
18 Holes - Weekdays, weekends and holidays - - - $7 00
NON-RESIDENT FEE
A fee of $1 00 for each 9 holes of golf for those users not having a
Fort Collins address is added to Daily Green Fees, with 50¢ of each
non-resident fee dollar charged to be placed into the Surcharge
Account

NOTES
1 ) All Annual Passes to be paid by March 1st of each year, with the
1982 Annual Pass good until March 1 , 1983
2 ) 10% of each Annual Pass rate will be placed into the Surcnarge
Account
3 ) "Half-season" Annual Passes shall be available for sale, to be
effective on August 15th, at 1/2 the cost of each rate
4 ) Annual Passes are limited to those users having a Fort Collins
address only, except those non-residents continuing to hold a
pass which was purchased prior to March 4, 1981 In the event
that the non-resident allows their pass to lapse, all rights of
renewal of said non-resident shall be deemed waived
SURCHARGE ACCOUNT
A surcharge fee has been established on all Annual Passes and Daily
Green Fee charges, which has already been included within the various
rate structures A green fee charge of 500 for 9 holes and 750 for 18
holes, as well as 50¢ of each non-resident green fee dollar is re-
served exclusively for the Surcharge Account Beginning in 1982, 10%
of each annual pass rate will also be applied to the Surcharge Ac-
count All funds collected from the surcharge fees are placed into a
special account reserved for future golf course expansion only

18 Holes $12 00
* 9 Holes (Senior Citizen) $ 5 00
*18 Holes (Senior Citizen) $10 00
*Senior Citizens, age 62 and over, receive this discount rate
during special non-peak hours only, as posted
Privately-owned Golf Carts
Used, not stored (both courses) $125 00/or $6 00 daily
STORAGE FEES
Lockers - City Park Nine $ 15 00
Lockers - Collindale $ 20 00
Clubs - City Park Nine $ 10 00
Clubs - Collindale $ 15 00
**Private Golf Carts (City Park Nine only) $200 00
**Private golf cart storage at City Park Nine shall be phased-out,
and the City will no longer store these private golf carts after
January 1 , 1984
CLUBHOUSE RENTALS
Standard Fee - - - $25 00

A $10 00 service deposit fee will be required for all those using the
City Park Nine kitchen, and will not be returned, if the kitchen is
not thoroughly cleaned
All Fees and Charges to take effect January 1 , 1982, and those people
purchasing these 1982 services during this year shall pay the 1982 rates
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 3rd day of November, 9 1
