OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPOINTING COUNCIL REPRESENTATIVES TO THE
BOARD OF ETHICS
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins adopted a Policy
Statement on Ethics on October 20, 1981, and
WHEREAS, said Policy Statement on Ethics authorized the creation of a
Board of Ethics composed of three Councilmembers, with duties and respon-
sobilities as set forth in said Policy Statement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS as follows
Section 1 That the following Councilmembers be, and they hereby are,
appointed to serve as members of the Board of Ethics
Gary Cassell
E John Clarke
William Elliott
Section 2 That the terms of said Councilmembers on the Board of
Ethics will expire on March 2, 1982
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 3rd day of November, A D 1981
