OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING. BY-LAWS AND- RULES OF PROCEDURE
FOR THE PLANNING AND ZONING BOARD
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has prepared and
approved revised by-laws and rules of procedure for said
Board; and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has submitted
the revised by-laws and rules of procedure to the City
Council for its approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received such by-laws and
rules of procedure and desires to approve the same.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the by-laws and rules of procedure
for the City of Fort Collins Planning and Zoning Board
presented to the City Council be, and the same hereby are,
, accepted and approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held this 18th. day of January, A.D. 1977.
