OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS INCREASING THE CITY'S
CONTRIBUTION TO THE RETIREMENT PLAN
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, heretofore on March 4, 1971, the City Council established a
retirement plan for employees of the City, and
WHEREAS, in April 1975, the City Council approved by motion an increase
in the City's contribution rate to the employee retirement plan to 6 312%,
and
WHEREAS, the City desires to increase the City's contribution to said
plan in order to fully finance the normal cost of said plan for 1979
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the City's contribution rate to the employee retirement plan
of the City of Fort Collins adopted on March 4, 1971, be increased to
9 68% of the total monthly salaries of all eligible employees under said
plan
Passed and adopted at regular meeting this 6t ay of February
