OF THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
ESTABLISHING A YOUTH MEMORIAL FUND
WHEREAS, Andy Wiebelhaus, a baseball player, was killed in a skiing
accident a year ago, and
WHEREAS, his parents, Mr and Mrs Ivan Wymore, are working with First
National Bank to establish a Youth Memorial Fund in his and other young
people's honor, and
WHEREAS, the Wymores desire to designate one field at Rolland Moore
Memorial Park as a Youth Memorial Field for the purposes stated above.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that a baseball field at Rolland Moore Memorial Park be, and it
hereby is, named the Youth Memorial Field
Passed and adopted at regular meeting this 20th day of February, A D
1979.
