OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY
OF FORT COLLINS ESTABLISHING A COMMUNITY
DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT ACQUISITION AND
REDEVELOPMENT PROGRAM
WHEREAS, the 1978 community development budget presently has $56,000
in Contingency, and
WHEREAS, it is the desire to remove $50,000 from Contingency for the
purpose of beginning a land acquisition program for acquiring dilapidated
or unused property in older target neighborhoods, clearing the property,
and redeveloping it
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that $50,000 from the Contingency account of the community develop-
ment budget be, and 1t hereby is, set aside for the land acquisition
program.
