OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING BY-LAWS OF THE
STORM DRAINAGE BOARD
WHEREAS, the Storm Drainage Board has prepared and
approved by-laws for said Board; and
WHEREAS, the Storm Drainage Board has submitted the
by-laws to the City Council for its approval; and
WHEREAS, the City Council has received said by-laws
and desires to approve the same
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS that the by-laws for the City of
Fort Collins Storm Drainage Board presented to the City
Council be, and the same hereby are, accepted and approved
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council held this loth day of April, A D. 1979
