AUTHORIZING THE ACCEPTANCE OF A GIFT OF LAND FROM
DWIGHT S. AND DOROTHY M. MILLER
WHEREAS, Dwight S and Dorothy M Miller have made a gift of an 0 8985
acre of land to the City of Fort Collins for part of our Poudre Trails
System.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT -
COLLINS that the gift of an 0.8985 acre of land be, and it hereby is,
accepted with thanks and appreciation by the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at regular meeting of the Council held this 1st day
of May, A D 1979.
