RESOLUTION OF THE
COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING JUST COMPENSATION FOR
COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT LAND ACQUISITIONS
WHEREAS, appraisals of the properties described inthe attached
Exhibit were made by an independent fee appraiser, and,
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins Right-of-Way Division reviewed
the appraisals, and,
WHEREAS, the Redevelopment Director found the appraisals to be
adequate,
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Fort
Collins that Just Compensation for each property in the amount shown on
Exhibit "A" be and hereby is approved and the Council offer that sure to
the owner for the acquisition of the property.
Passed and Adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the
City of Fort Collins held this 5th day of June A D 1979
