OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
CHANGING THE NAME OF THE PINEWOOD TOWNHOMES, FIRST FILING,
TO THE ARLI14GTON TOWNHOMES, FIRST FILING,
IN THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, on July 17, 1979, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
gave final approval to a subdivision known as Pinewood Townhomes, First
Filing, and
WHEREAS, the developer of Pinewood Townhomes, First Filing, has
petitioned the Council of the City of Fort Collins to change the name of
said subdivision to Arlington Townhomes, First Filing
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the name of a certain subdivision heretofore known as Pinewood
Townhomes, First Filing, in the City of Fort Collins, is hereby changed to
Arlington Townhomes, First Filing
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City
of Fort Collins held this 6th day of November A D 1979
