BEING A RESOLUTION OF fiHTTOUNCIL
OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS PROVIDING FOR
THE ADDITION OF TWO MEMBERS TO THE PARKING COMMISSION
WHEREAS, on September 18, 1979, the City Council created the Parking
Commission in order to receive additional citizen input regarding City
parking facility needs, and
WHEREAS, the City Council also desires to receive input from the
County on such commission, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has determined that two additional members
should be added to the commission, such members to be recommended by the
County Commissioners for appointment
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS AS FOLLOWS
Section 1 That based upon the County Commissioner' s recommendations,
an additional two members be appointed to the Parking Commission The
terms of the additional two members shall be four (4) years, provided that
initial appointments shall be one (1 ) member for a one-year term and one
(1 ) member for a three-year term
Section 2 That such members shall be considered regular members of
the Parking Commission and shall abide by the rules established by Resolu-
tion No 79-84 of the Council of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the Council of the City of
Fort Collins held this 4th day of - December A D 1979
