OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING A RIGHT OF WAY AGREEMENT WITH
PATRICK S KELLY, STEVEN E BROCKWAY
ROGER A SNEEGAS
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Fort Collins acquire
a six foot right of way across certain property in connection with its
water utility, and
WHEREAS, a right of way agreement has been prepared granting
such right of way upon the terms and conditions expressed in the agree-
ment, and
WHEREAS, such agreement has been reviewed and approved by the
City Manager and the City Attorney
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said agreement be, and the
same hereby are, accepted and approved and that the Mayor and City Clerk
be, and they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said agreement
for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
