RESOLUTION 74-IS
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COILINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COLOR1,DO AND
SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY
WHEREAS it is necessary that the City of Fort Collins install
an electric transmission line under the right-of-way of the Colorado and
Southern Railway Company at its crossing, anar

WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared to be entered into between
the City of Fort Collins and the Colorado and Southern Iailway Company per-
mitting such installation, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been approved by the City Attorney and
the City Manager and the City Council now desires to apyrove the same
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said agreementlbe, and the same
hereby are accepted and approved and
BE IT FURTHFR RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this seventh day of November, A D 1974
