OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT WITH THE COLORADO AND
SOUTHERN RAILWAY COMPANY
WHEREAS, it is necessary that the City of Fort Collins install
a pipeline under the right-of-way of the Colorado and Southern Railway
Company at its crossing with EastlProspect Street in the City, and
WHEREAS, an agreement has been prepared to be entered into
between the City of Fort Collins and the Colorado and Southern Railway
Company permitting such installation, and
WHEREAS, said agreement has been approved by the City Attorney
and the City Manager and the City Council now desires to approve the same
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said agreement be, and the
same hereby are, accepted and approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and
they hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said agreement for
and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 21st day of November, A D 1974
