THE CODE OF ORDINANCLS OF THE CITY OF FORI COLLINS,
COIORADO 1958, AS AMI-LADED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, IN ORDER TO CLASSIFI FOR ZONINC PURPOSFS
CLRTAIN PROPERTY BFING ANNEXED 10 THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
initiated annexation procedures for certain property known as the Lutheran
Student Foundation Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, more
particularly described in the "Notice of Public Hearing" attached hereto, and
WHERh.AS, the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study of said
annexation and has held a hearing and made a report and recommendation con-
cerning the zoning for said property, all in accordance with Section 19-46
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as
amended, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended that said
property be zoned in the R-H, High Density Residential District under
the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to hold a hearing in order to
determine how said property shall be zoned, all as required by said
Section 19-46
NOW, THERFFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that September 4, 1969, at 1 30 P M , or as soon thereafter
as the matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a
public hearing in order to consider the zoning for said property and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19-46 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado, 1958, as amended,
in the form attached hereto

this 14th day of August, A D 1969

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCIRN
Notice is hereby given that on September 4, 1969, at 1 30 P M , or as soon
thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Foit Collins, the City Council will hold a public hearing in order
to determine the zoning for the property comprising the Lutheran Student Foundation
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, said annexation being more particularly
described as follows
Commencing at the Southeast corner of the NE; of Section 15, Township 7
North, Range 69 West of the 6th P M , thence along the East line of said
NE; 493 40 feet to a point on the boundary of the Twelfth South Shields
Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, which point is
the true point of beginning thence West along said boundary 250 00 feet,
thence North along said boundary 100 00 feet to a point on the boundary of
the Fifth South Shields Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins,
Colorado, thence East along said boundary 50 00 feet to a point on the boundary
of the First South Shields Street Consolidated Annexation to the City of Fort
Collins, Colorado, thence East along said boundary 200 0 feet to the East
line of the NE, of Section 15 thence South along said East line 100 0 feet
to the point of beginning
The proposed zoning for said property is R-H, High Density Residential
District under the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
Dated at Fort Collins, Colorado, this 14th day of August, A D 1969
