CONCERNING A PROPOSLD ORDINANCL AMLNDING CHAPT) R 19 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCIS OF 1HE CITY OF IORT COLLINS,
COIORADO, 1958, AS AMENDED COM�HONLY KNOWN AS THE ZONING
ORDINANCE, IN ORDFR TO CLASSIFY FOR ZONING PURPOSES
CERTAIN PROPERTY BEING ANNLXED TO THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
WHEREAS, heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins
initiated annexation procedures for certain property known as the West
Lake Second Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, more
particularly described in the "Notice of Public Hearing" attached hereto, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study of said
annexation and has held a hearing and made a report and recommendation con-
cerning the zoning for said property, all in accordance with Section 19-46
of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as
amended, and
WHEREAS, The Planning and Zoning Board has recommended that said
property be zoned in the R-L, Low Density Residential District under
the Zoning Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to hold a hearing in order to
determine how said property shall be zoned, all as required by said
Section 19-46
NOW, THEREFORE, BE I1 RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that September 4, 1969, at 1 30 P M , or as soon thereafter
as the matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a
public hearing in order to consider the zoning for said property, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed
to publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19-46 of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended,
in the form attached hereto

NOTICE 01 PUBLIC HEARING
TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
Notice is hereby given that on September 4, 1969 , at 1 30 P M , or as soon
thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City
Hall of the City of Fort Collins, the City Council will hold a public hearing in order
to determine the zoning for the property comprising the West Lake Second
Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, said annexation being more particularly
described as follows
Commencing at the Southeast corner of SEction 16, Township 7 North, Range
69 West of the 6th P M , thence N 00032' W along the East line of Section
16 602 7 feet to the true point of beginning said point being on the boundary
of the West Lake Street Annexation to the City of Fort Collins, Colorado,
thence N 89040' W along said Annexation 438 7 feet thence N 00032' W
along said Annexation 400 0 feet thence S 89040' E along said Annexation
438 7 feet to a point on West line of the Miller Brothers Sixth Foothills
Annexation, said line being the East line of Section 16, thence S 00032 ,
E along said Annexation 400 0 feet to the true point of beginning
The proposed zoning for said property is R-L Low Density Residential
District under the zoning ordinance of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado
