OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING AN
AMENDMENT TO THE ELECTRIC SERVICES RULES AND REGULATIONS
IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE RECOMMENDATION-OF-THE-DEPARTMENT
OF MUNICIPAL PUBLIC UTILITIES:
WHEREAS, Ordinance 4, 1961, provides that the rules and regulations
applicable to electric service in the City of Fort Collins shall be such rules and
regulations as are adopted by the Department of Muncipal Public Utilities and
approved by resolution of the Council of the City of Fort Collins, and
WHEREAS, on March 2, 1967, the City Council , by resolution, approved
electric service rules and regulations recommended by the Department of Municipal
Public Utilities, and
WHEREAS, said Department has recommended a change to said rules
as the same pertain to residential underground electrical distribution in new subdivision
developments, and
WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed such proposed amendments
and has approved the same,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS:
That effective forthwith the proposed amendment to the electric
service rules and regulations as the same pertain to residential underground electrical
distribution in new subdivision developments be and the same hereby are approved.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this day of October, 1969.
