NOTICE CONCERNING A PROPOSED ORDINANCE CHANGING TqL ZONING
MAP OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AND AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF
THE CODE OF ORDINANCES Or THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, COLORAD09
1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWAT .43 THE ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, a written petition has been presentc, o the City Council
requesting that the zoning classification for the property more particularly
described in the "Notice of Public Hearing" attached hereto be changed from
R-M. Medium Density Residential District to R-H, High Density Residential
District, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board has ma,c a study of said
rezoning request and has held a hearing and made a repot a-a recommendation
thereon, all in accordance with the provisions of Section 19-21 of tie Code
of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as ame,aed, ana
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to hold a public -caring on sated
rezoning request as required by Section 19-21 1 (2) of the Coae or Ordinance,.
of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL or THE CITY OF FOt
COLLINS that February 1, 1968, at 1 30 P M , or as soon =-ereafter as t`ic
matter may come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City -11 c
the City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a puDlic
hearing on said rezoning request, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
publish a notice of said hearing as provid,.d in Section 19-21 1 (2) of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended,
in the form attached hereto

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
A public hearing will be held on February 1, 1968 , at 1 30 P M in
the Council Chambers, City Hall, Fort Collins, Colorado, on a petition for a
change of zoning from R-M, Medium Density Residential District, to R-H, High
Density Residential District, for the following property
Beginning 1047 feet West and 289 73 feet North of the South-
east corner of the SW' of Sec 14, T 7 N , R 69 W of the
6th P M , thence North 259 73 feet, thence West along the
South line of Lake Street 443 0 feet, thence South 259 73
feet, thence East to point of beginning, in Larimer County,
