OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS

PURCHASE CERTAIN LANDS OWNED BY DEWEY JOHNSON
WHEREAS, heretofore on March 21, 1966, the City of Fort Collins obtained
from Dewey Johnson an option to purchase certain lands, and,
WHEREAS, the City Council now desires to exercise said option
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF TEE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that the City Manager is hereby authorized to exercise the option from Dewey
Johnson for the purchase of certain lands and the City Manager is further
authorized to give such notice of exercise of option as may be required and
to take all other steps necessary to complete and close the purchase of said
lands
Passed and adopted at the regular meeting of the City Council held this
llth day of January, A D , 1968
