OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS AUTHORIZING THE
GRANTING OF A NON-EXCLUSIVE REVOCABLE PERMIT TO FORT COLLINS
VIDEO, INC , TO OPERATE A CABLE DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM WITHIN
THE CITY
WHEREAS, Ordinance No 63 , 1967, authorized the granting of a non,-
exclusive revocable permit to operate within the City of Fort Collins a system
for reception and distribution of pictures and sounds by cable and
WHEREAS, Fort Collins Video, Inc , by application dated November 1,
1967, has submitted its proposal for the purpose of obtaining such a permit
and
WHEREAS, it is the opinion of the City Council that it will be for
the best interests of the residents of the City of Fort Collins that such bid
proposal be accepted and that the aforementioned permit be granted to said Fort
Collins Video, Inc ,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that said bid proposal of Fort Collins Video, Inc , be and the same
hereby is accepted
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager be and he hereby is
authorized and directed to issue to Fort Collins Video, Inc , a non-exclusive
revocable permit to operate a cable distribution system within the City
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
11 ° day of January , A D 1968
