RESOLUTION
OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
JOHN J KISSOCK AS A REPRESENTATIVE OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS ON THE POUDRE RIVER WATER DEVELOPMENT COMMITTEE
WHEREAS, Jack Harvey was heretofore the representative of the City of
Fort Collins on the Poudre Raver Water Development Committee, and,
WHEREAS, the said Jack Harvey has resigned as the City's representative
on such Committee and the City desires to appoint a new representative on said
Committee and,
WHEREAS John J Kissock has indicated that he is willing to
accept an appointment as the representative of the City of Fort Collins on
said Committee
NOW TH11EPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that John J Kissock be and he is hereby appointed as the City of Fort
Collins' representative on the Poudre River Water Development Committee
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
18th day of January, A D , 1968
