OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING JAMES D BEATTY
TO THE ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS, a vacancy exists on the Zoning Board of Appeals on account of the death
of Harold Hafer, whose term of office expires on May 26, 1971, and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Fort Collins desires to appoint James D
Beatty to fill such vacancy
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS that
James D Beatty be, and he hereby is appointed as a member of the Zoning Board of
.Appeals to fill out the unexpired term of Harold Hafer on said Board
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 3rd day
of October, A D , 1968
