NOTICE CONCERNING A IROPOSED ORDINANCE CHANGING THE ZONING
MAP OF TflL CITY Or IOPT COLLINS AND AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF
THE CODE Or ORDINANCEb OF fHP C1T1 Or FORT COLLINS, COLORADO,
1958, AS AMENDED, COMMONLY KNOWN AS rHr ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS, a written petition has been presented to the City Council
requesting that the zoning classification for the property more particularly
described in the Notice of Public Hearing attached hereto be changed from
R M Medium Density Residential District to R P Planning Residential
District, and
WHEREAS, the Planning and Zoning Board ha- made a study of said
rezoning request and has held a hear ng and made a reaorL and recommendation
thereon, all in accordance with the proNisions of Section 19-21 of the Code
of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to hold a public hearing on said
rezoning request as required by Section 19-21 1 (2) of the Code of Ordinances
of the City of Fort Collins, Colorado, 1958, as amended
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT PESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL Or THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that November 7 1968 at 1 30 P M , or as soon thereafter as the
matter ray come on for hearing, in the Council Chambers in the City Hall of
the City of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a public
hearing on said rezoning request and
BE IT FU`ITHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19-21 1 (2) of the
Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado, 1958, as amended,
in the form attached hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this

Council Chambers City Hall, Fort Collinq Coloraao, on a petition for a change of zoning
from R M Medium Density Residential District to R P Planned

NEk of Section 22 Township 7 North Range 69 West of the 6th P M a distance
of 500 00 feet from the East Quarter Corner thence N 0 10130 W 473 00 feet
therc e S 89 44 E 244 00 feet thence N 0 10 50 W 306 35 feet to the South
line of the Foothills Apartments Subdivision, thence N 89 36 W 684 00 feet
thence S 07 15 E 89 69 feet thence S 34 09 30 W 835 05 feet to the South
Line of the NEk thence S 89 44' E along the South Line of the NE-- a distance
of 900 00 feet to the point of beginning said tract contains 13J61 acres more
