OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING AN AUDIT
CONTRACT TO BE ENTERED INTO WITH ROGERS d McCLUSKEY
WHEREAS, the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development,
under date of August 30, 1967, as amended October 5, 1967, entered into a grant
agreement with the City of Fort Collins covering government grant assistant to
finance a portion of the development costs of certain water works or facilities,
known as Project No WS-5-06-0012, and
WHEREAS, in connection with said agreement, it is required that the
City of Fort Collins furnish an audit examination of the books and records
pertaining to the Project, and
WHEREAS, Rogers & McCluskey, Certified Public Accountants, have
agreed to perform the required services in connection with said audit report,
and
WHEREAS, an audit contract has been prepared in accordance with the
terms of said agreement, which has been approved by the City Manager and City
Attorney
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms of the proposed audit contract be and the same hereby
are approved, and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Manager execute said contract
on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 17th day of October, A D 1968
