OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS ESTABLISHING
A CITIZENS ADVISORY COMMITTEE ON THE BUDGET AND CAPITAL
IMPROVEMENTS AND APPOINTING MEMBERS THERETO
WHEREAS heretofore the City Council of the City of Fort Collins appointed
a committee composed of citizens of the City of Fort Collins for the purpose of
studying the 1969 budget of the City of Fort Collins and making recommendations
on said budget and
WHEREAS in the experience of the City Council the recommendations of
such committee were valuable in adopting the budget for the year 1969 and
WHEREAS such committee has recommended to the City Council that a
permanent committee be established for the purpose of advising the City Council
regarding the City budget and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to establish such a committee and to
appoint members thereto
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
that there is hereby established a Citizens Advisory Committee on the budget and
Capital Improvements of the City of Fort Collins and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the following citizens of the City of Fort
Collins to-wit
Myron Braden Robert W Sears
John P Batson Donald Dobler
John D Power
be an they hereby are appointed as members of such committee to serve for a term
of one year
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this
24th day of October A D 1968
