OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS, APPROVING AN AGREEMENT FOR
AN UNDERGROUND TELEPHONE CONDUIT OF MOUNTAIN STATES TELEPHONE AND TELEGRAPH
COMPANY
WHEREAS, the Mountain States Telephone and Telegraph Company desires an
easement for underground telephone conduit across the Northwest corner of Grandview
Cemetery, and
WHEREAS, a right of way easement providing for the same has been prepared
which easement has been approved by the City Attorney, and
WHEREAS, the City Council desires to grant such easement
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, by the Council of the City of Fort Collins
that the terms and conditions of said underground right of way easement be and the
same hereby are approved and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be and they hereby are
authorized and directed to execute said easement for and on behalf of the City of
Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 21st
day of November, A D , 1968
