;j LdHEREAS, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has tendered
Ito CITY OF FORT COLLINS, State of Colorado, an agreement ex- I `-
tending to and includin March 10, 1975, the term of contract]
( dated April 8, 1965, covering the construction, maintenance
and operat'_on of a 12-inch cast iron water pipe line on and
along the right of way of the Railroad Company's Fort Collins;
lBranch at Fort Collins, Colorado; said agreement being identi-
fied as Railroad Companyls C.D. No. 386o6-5-A; and

WHEREAS , the Council of the City of Fort Collins
has said proposed agreement before it and has given it careful
review and consideration ; and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interests of j
said City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado, Hri11 be
subserved by the acceptance of staid agreement';
THEPEFORE, BE IT RE80LVED BY THE COUI'dCIL OF THE
(CITY OF FORT COLLINS, STATE OF COLORADO:
That the terms of the agreement submitted by the
Union Pacific Railroad Company as aforesaid be, and the same
are hereby, accepted in behalf of said City;
That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized, I
empowered and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
said City , and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby i
J lauthorized and directed to attest said agreement and to attach
to each duplicate original of said agreement a certified copy
of this resolution. 1
