OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
APPROVING AN AGREEMENT TO BE ENTERED
INTO WITH THE STATE BOARD OF AGRICULTURE
CONCERNING FURNISHING WATER AND SANITARY
SEWER SERVICE TO COLORADO STATE UNIVERSITY
WHEREAS, the City of Fort Collins has in the past and now does
furnish water and sanitary sewer service to Colorado State University; and
WHEREAS, the agreement under which such service has been provided
in the past has been terminated pending adjustment of rates charged by the
City for such service; and
WHEREAS, it is desirable to provide for such service by an interim
agreement until such time as a new agreement can be prepared to reflect
the adjusted rates anticipated by the City; and
WHEREAS, such an agreement has been prepared by the City Attorney
and approved by the City Manager.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that the terms and conditions of the agreement between the City of
Fort Collins and the State Board of Agriculture be, and the same hereby are,
accepted and approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Mayor and City Clerk be, and they
hereby are, authorized and directed to execute said agreement for and on
behalf of the City of Fort Collins.
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting ,of the City Council
held this 20th day of September, A.D. 1973.
