%liEREAS a %Titten petition has been presented to the City Council requesting that
the zoning classification for th- property more particularly described in the Notice of Public
Hearing attached hereto be changed from R L M Loh Density Multiple Family District to R M
Medium Density Residential District and
WHEREAS the Planning and Zonino Board has made a study of said rezoning request
and has held a hearing and made a report and recommendation thereon all in accordance rith
the provisions of Sectioi 19 46 of the Code of Ordinances of the Ctt of Fort Collins Colorado
as amended and f
WHEREAS THE C t Council desires to hold a public hearing on said rezoning request
as required as required b Section 19 46 1 (.�) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of Fort
Collins Coloraod 19 8 as a-i nded
NOW THEREFORz BE IT RESOLED BY THE COUNCIL OF WE CITI OF FORT COLLINS
THAT Feoruary 4 1971 at 1 a0 or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing
in the Council Chanb rs in the City Hall of the Citv of Fort Collins is hereby set as the
time and place for a public hearing on said rezoning request and
BE IT FURTHER PESOLIED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to publish a notice
of said hears-Cas p o ided in Secticn 19 46 1 (5) of the Code of Ordinances of the City of
Fort Collins Colo-'ado 1918 as amended in the form atta hed hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held this 14th day of
