OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPROVING
AN AGREEMENT WITH GENERAL CODE PUBLISHERS CORP
WHEREAS in the opinion of the City Council it is necessary and
desirable to recodify the ordinances of the City of Fort Collins and
WHEREAS General Code Publishers Corp is a corporation engaged
in the codification and publication of municipal ordinances and
WHEREAS an agreement has been negotiated between General Code
Publishers Corp and the City of Fort Collins providing for the recodification
by said corporation of the ordinances of the City of Fort Collins which
agreement has been approved by the City Manager and the City Attorney
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that the terms and conditions of said agreement be and the
same hereby are accepted and approved and be it further resolved that the
City Manager and City Clerk be and they hereby are authorized and directed
to execute said agreement for and on behalf of the City of Fort Collins
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 25th day of February A D 1971
