RESOLUTIO-
WHEREAS, UNION PACIFIC RAILROAD COMPANY has tendered
to CITY OF FORT COLLINS, State of Colorado, an agreement ex-
tending to and including June 13, 1976, the term of contract
dated August 3, 1961, covering overhead power wire lines, on,
along and across the right of way and over the tracks, Fort
Collins, Colorado, said agreement being identified as Union
Pacific Railroad Company's C D No 39850-3-C, and
WHEREAS, the Council of the City of Fort Collins
has said proposed agreement before it and has given it care-
ful review and consideration, and
WHEREAS, it is considered that the best interests
of said City of Fort Collins, State of Colorado, -__will be
subserved by the acceptance of said agreement,
THEREPORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE
CITY Or FORT COLLIN6$ STA2Z OF COLORALO
That the terms of the agreement submitted by the
Union Paciftc Railroad Company as aforesaid be, and the same
,re hereby, accepted in behalf of said City,
That the Mayor of said City is hereby authorized,
empowered and directed to execute said agreement on behalf of
said City, and that the City Clerk of said City is hereby
zuthorized and directed to attest said agreement and to
attach to each duplicate original of said agreement a certi-
fied copy of this resolution
