OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
FRANK T JOHNSON JR AS A MEMBER OF THE FORT COLLINS
LIBRARY BOARD AND COMMENDING LLOYD WILLIAMS FOR HIS
SERVICES TO THE CITY AS A MEMBER OF SUCH BOARD
WHEREAS the term of Lloyd Williams on the Fort Collins Library
Board expires this date and the said Lloyd Williams has indicated he
does not desire to be reappointed as a member of said Board and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to appoint Frank T Johnson
Jr to the vacancy existing on said Board and the said Frank T Johnson
Jr has indicated he is willing to accept such appointment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Frank T Johnson Jr is hereby appointed as a member
of the Fort Collins Library Board and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that Lloyd Williams is hereby commended
for his services to the City of Fort Collins in serving as a member of
such Board for the period January 25 1967 to April 22 1971
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 22nd day of April A D 1971
