OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS
RE-APPOINTING HENRY HAUSER JAMES D BEATTY
AND MYRON BRADEN AS MEMBERS OF THE FORT
COLLINS ZONING BOARD OF APPEALS
WHEREAS the term of Henry Hauser James D Beatty and Myron
Braden as members of the Zoning Board of Appeals of the City of Fort Col-
lins will expire on May 26 1971 and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to re-appoint such individuals
as members of said Board and they have indicated they are willing to accept
such appointment
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that Henry Hauser James D Beatty and Myron Braden be and they
hereby are re-appointed as members of the Fort Collins Zoning Board of Appeals
effective May 26 1971 for a four year term
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 20th day of May A D 1971
