OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS CONCERNING
A PROPOSED ORDINANCE AMENDING CHAPTER 19 OF THE CODE OF
ORDINANCES OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS COLORADO 1958
AS AMENDED BEING THE ZONING ORDINANCE RELATING TO
SIGNS PERMITTED IN THE VARIOUS DISTRICTS UNDER SAID
ZONING ORDINANCE
WHEREAS the Planning and Zoning Board has made a study and has
recommended that the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins be amended
by establishing Comprehensive Rules and Regulations concerning signs permitted
in the various districts under said Zoning Ordinance and
WHEREAS the City Council desires to hold a public hearing upon an
ordinance so amending the Zoning Ordinance
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT
COLLINS that July 22 1971 at 1 30 P M or as aoon thereafter as the matter
may come on for hearing in the Council Chambers of the City Hall of the City
of Fort Collins is hereby set as the time and place for a public hearing
on this proposed ordinance and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the City Clerk is hereby instructed to
publish a notice of said hearing as provided in Section 19-44 of the Code of
Ordinances of the City of Fort Collins Colorado 1958 as amended in the
form attached hereto
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council held
this 17th day of June A D 1971

TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN
A public hearing will be held on July 22 1971 at 1 30 P M
or as soon thereafter as the matter may come on for hearing in the Council
Chambers City Hall Fort Collins, Colorado on a proposed ordinance amend-
ing the Zoning Ordinance of the City of Fort Collins by establishing the
Comprehensive Rules and Regulations concerning signs in the various
districts under the Zoning Ordinance

This Notice must be published once at least 15 days before the date set
for hearing
