OF THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF FORT COLLINS APPOINTING
THE MEMBERS OF THE RETIREMENT COMMITTEE
WHEREAS the City Council heretofore adopted the Retirement
Plan of the City of Fort Collins Colorado and
WHEREAS said Retirement Plan provides for the administration
thereof by a Retirement Committee consisting of five members
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
FORT COLLINS that pursuant to said Plan the Director of Finance shall
be an ex officio member of the Committee and shall keep all records and
minutes of the meetings and that the following named individuals shall
be and they hereby are appointed as members of said Committee to serve
at the pleasure of the City Council and for the term stated in the
appointment to wit
Warren Dalke for a term of four years
Basal Sakas for a term of three years
Alvin Kruchten for a term of two years
Karl E Carson for a term of one year
Appointments hereafter made to said Committee shall be for a term of
four years from the termination date of the member being replaced on
the Committee except that an appointment made to replace a member whose
term has been terminated by reason of the death or resignation of said
member or his removal by the City Council prior to the termination date
shall be for the remainder of the term of the replaced member
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the terms of office of said members
shall commence immediately
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said members shall supervise the
administration of the Plan in accordance with the terms thereof and
shall have all the powers as now provided for therein or as may be
provided for in any amendment thereof
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City Council
held this 24th day of June A D 1971
